Pricing Policies:
All prices are subject to change.  Due to the nature of these parts, price and availability on any item can change overnight.  We will strive to keep prices accurate on this website.   If any part has a price of $0.00 it does not mean it is free.  It simply means that a price has not yet been entered.  This inventory represents approximately 20% of the NOS parts we actually own and have here.  Most of our inventory was purchased years ago when the parts were plentiful.  With the manpower unavailable and as busy as we are, it will take years to finish inventorying everything.  New additions are always coming in.


Backorders:

Items that out of stock at the time that your order is processed will be back ordered.  As soon as these items are available, your back order will be shipped the next business day.  Your invoice will note any item that is backordered.  Most backordered items take less than ten days to fill.  Should delivery take longer than expected, you will be notified by email.  You have the option to cancel backordered items at any time and receive a refund.


Special Orders and Used Items:

Special order items and used parts will take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks before being shipped.  Please take this time factor into consideration when ordering.  Special order and used parts are also subject to a strict return policy.


Mistakes Happen:

Each shipment will have an invoice included within the package.  This invoice lists everything in this shipment plus a complete listing of all items backordered.  Please check your invoice carefully.  Each order is checked for accuracy before being shipped.  We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information, but we are human.  If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.  Please be careful when unpacking your shipment so that items are not overlooked and/or thrown out along with packing material.


Return Policy:

Of course, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Brad’s NOS part.  Please call or email us to discuss any dissatisfaction before shipping back your order.  Returned parts must be in the same condition as they were sent out including original box or wrapper (MoPar container).  No refunds will be issued without a copy of the invoice.  Any part that has evidence of installation or tampering is non-refundable.  Items must be returned with 30 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping and handling charges).  Except for defective (not shelf wear or manufacturer cosmetic flaw) or misshipped parts, ALL returns are subject to a handling and restocking charge.  No COD returns will be accepted.  We are not responsible for incorrect parts resulting from customer supplying incorrect parts numbers.


Sales Tax Information:

South Carolina residents please add 7% sales tax to the grand total (including shipping).  All others, no sales tax applies.


Misc Fees:
Due to time involved in an extensive research request/picture request a small upfront research fee MAY be charged.  The fee amount is based on the time involved.  The entire fee amount will go towards the purchase price of your items.  If no items are purchased this fee is NON-refundable.

Abbreviations:
Within our inventory section, we use common abbreviations in the description of the parts.  Please click on the following link to find a list of these ABBREVIATIONS for your reference.

What is NOS?

NOS (new old stock) parts are defined as parts/equipment that are from the original manufacturer (OEM) and have never been used on a vehicle.  These parts may be 30 days or 30 years old.  It does NOT mean that a part is perfect in every possible way.  NOS parts may have small imperfections such as shelf wear or a manufacturer cosmetic flaw.  This part is what it is.  If you are looking for absolutely perfect NOS parts, your expectations are unrealistic and you should not buy NOS parts.  Instead, purchase perfect looking low quality aftermarket replacements.


Part numbers - Left or Right?
Color-coded parts that do not have the more common numerical only number or numerical sequences are listed in numerical sequence in the catalogue. Interior parts and tape stripes with numbers such as 1989 JX9 make up most of these parts. In the description of parts, no distinction between left or right is made. This is because the left or right side is implied by the number itself. Chrysler part number which end in an even digit are for the right (passenger) side, and numbers that end in an odd digit are for the left side. For example, the tail light lenses for an 81 Imperial are numbered 4174070 (right) 4174071 (left). Of course parts that have no left or right such as a fuel tank are not included. This type of numbering system also applies to color-coded trim parts, thus 1272 DX9 armrest pad is passenger door and 1273 DX9 fits driver's door. Parts before 1950 do not follow this closely. Numbers cast into parts themselves are "casting numbers" and are for vendor reference only. These are not part numbers. Part numbers must be obtained from a parts catalogue. Many part numbers were superceded to a new number, especially mechanical parts, wheel opening mouldings and switches for example. We list superceded numbers for reference in the application field of the catalogue. Pursue part under both numbers, your friendly MoPar dealer may provide you with superceded numbers.
